That is Holocaust Remembrance Day...My grandparents survived Auschwitz and were in a displaced persons camp after the war.

wow Dori I didn't know your grandparents survived that awful time...I visited the Holocaust Museum in DC before and it is quite moving...nobody makes a sound as they walk through it.
