I have seen this story before but worth sharing again. They pay the the disabled workers the same as their abled peers. The head of Walgreen's has a 19 year old son with autism.

I was recently offered a part-time job as a job coach for adults with developmental disabilities. Hoping after my surgery I will be able to do this. Hoping there are more companies here like Walgreen's.
